I thought the ball would be more rubbery so it wouldn't hit the floor so much and make too much noise for the neighbor. It can't be used in an apartment.
Good toy. better than the version with tail. all soft rubber, much more quiet when it hits obstacles. the tailed versions have a hard plastic part that hits hard and loud in any objects
